The opening event, held at the Antolin R&D&I headquarters in Burgos, was attended by Fernando Sanz, Chief Human Resources Officer of Antolin, and Pilar Defez, Global Director of Talent and Development of the company. On behalf of the UBU, Master’s coordinators Ignacio Moreno Velasco and Javier González de la Viuda attended, as well as the Vice Chancellor of Lifelong Learning, Javier Hoyuelos, and the UBU Foundation Director, Jorge Izquierdo.

“At Antolin we are always looking for the most talented youth to train them in the key disciplines of the automotive industry. We want to develop their skills and help them in their career. One of the goals of Antolin’s transformation plan is to attract the best talent because our teams, their knowledge, are the great strategic asset that will help us face industry challenges and lead mobility transformation,” says Fernando Sanz, Chief Human Resources Officer of Antolin.

The program, which will be expected to last nine months, includes a period of academic teaching through classes given by both professors from the University of Burgos and professionals from Antolin, an international internship at one of the company's European Electronics Technical Centres and the preparation of an End of Master’s Work (TFM).

Throughout the course, students will acquire, among other things, advanced knowledge in design, development, validation and cybersecurity of electronic systems, working directly with Antolin's experts and engineering teams.

The company wants to make a special mention of the joint work carried out by the great team of professionals from both Antolin and the University of Burgos and its Foundation. Thanks to them, it has been possible to launch this first edition within the deadlines and with the required quality, making this master’s program a leading training in the region.
