The Whistleblowing Channel is Antolin’s preferred reporting mechanism, established to enable employees and third parties to report potential breaches of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as violations of internal or external regulations applicable to our organisation.
This Channel, which is integrated into Antolin’s Internal Whistleblowing System, has been created to promote a safe, ethical, and transparent working environment. It is managed in accordance with the general principles set out in this Policy, which you can access here.
Furthermore, as outlined in our Anti-Harassment Policy and Protocol, we are committed to the prevention of, and appropriate response to, any incidents of workplace harassment and discrimination. For this reason, we have made the Whistleblowing Channel available for reporting potential cases of harassment or discriminatory acts within our workplaces.
Reports submitted through the Channel are always treated confidentially and may also be made anonymously if preferred. All reports received will be thoroughly assessed, and we guarantee that no form of retaliation will be taken against individuals who submit them in good faith and with due responsibility. At all times, the rights of those contacting us will be respected.
The Compliance Department, as the entity responsible for the Internal Reporting System, oversees the receipt, processing, and management of the Whistleblowing Channel. Its role includes safeguarding confidentiality and the rights of affected individuals while ensuring full protection of the whistleblower.
