The company has a wide range of talent attraction programmes.
We collaborate with universities and business schools participating in forums and job fairs to promote ourselves within the university community. In this way, we publicise our offers and training programmes.

These programmes are a double benefit allowing future professionals to be incorporated into the organization and providing young people with a first job opportunity in which to make themselves known. In addition, they learn to function in a business context by applying in a practical way the knowledge they have acquired in their academic stage.

In Burgos, we set up our Dual Trade School, which was born with the aim of becoming a reference in the training in technologies and core of innovation of the future of the company.
-Dual Master’s in Industrial Process Management: in collaboration with the University of Burgos, we developed a pioneering postgraduate programme in the industry with the purpose of training professionals with the necessary knowledge to lead industrial projects internationally.
In addition to strengthening our global training programmes, the company is currently focused on attracting new professional profiles linked to electronics in order to improve capabilities in this field within its strategy to consolidate itself as a global provider of technological solutions for the automobile interior.
