Antolin is in continuous dialogue with its stakeholders and through this transparent outlook we promote the conviction that automotive sustainability contributes to the creation of value for all of us.
We are a proud member of the UN Global Compact, a voluntary initiative to implement universal sustainability principles. We support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and will not tolerate the use of child labour or forced labour in our own operations or those of our suppliers and sub-contractors.
We go about business with fairness and respect in everything we do. This is an integral part of our company beliefs and we expect our suppliers to have policies and procedures in place along these lines.
The Supplier Code of Conduct is an essential part of the general sustainability policy of Antolin. Therefore, it determines the strategy of supplier selection and purchasing management of our company. Approval of and compliance to the Code is mandatory for every Antolin suppliers, who shall likewise extend its requirements to every sub-supplier integrated in our Supply Chain..
The Gifts and Hospitality Policy sets the rules to be observed in this field, always in compliance with the Code of Conduct & Ethics of Antolin.
COMPLIANCE IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN: TRANSPARENCY CHANNEL
Antolin Sustainability and Compliance policies are extended through our entire Supply Chain. Consequently, Antolin has created the ‘Transparency Channel’ ('Whistleblowing Channel'), an open channel available for the communication of any conduct or action which is contrary to the ethics & conduct commitments and principles of our company
