The Antolin family acquires the 22.8% stake held by a group of Spanish savings entities, reflecting the family’s commitment to the Group's future.

The Chairman Mr. José Antolin and Vice Chairman Mr. Ernesto Antolin recently stated “We want to further strengthen the values that have made Grupo Antolin a recognized company within the automotive supplier industry worldwide. We will therefore continue to invest in innovation and internationalization to ensure our technological leadership.“

Burgos, 16 December 2013. Grupo Antolin once again has a single shareholder, the Antolin family, following the acquisition of 22.8% of the company held by a group of Spanish savings banks since 2004. "We believe in the future of Grupo Antolin and want to further strengthen our technological leadership in the automotive supplier industry," said the Chairman, José Antolin.

The transaction demonstrates the deep commitment of the Antolin family with the future of the Group. Grupo Antolin will remain focused on sustainable and profitable growth, and will continue to pursue innovation, internationalization and production efficiency, that have all been key in the development of the company. In this regard, the company’s Vice Chairman, Ernesto Antolin pointed out that "this is a significant milestone in our history and we intend to continue to invest so as to maintain our technological leadership."

Furthermore, last Thursday the Group signed a €400 million syndicated loan granted by major national and international financial institutions. This refinancing has been another great success, structured quickly to take advantage of favorable financial market conditions, it received a very significant oversubscription.
